The byre has been converted to a high standard and we offer the following: - en suite accommodation in a converted byre - vegetarian food - organic and locally sourced food, where possible - fair trade and organic teas, coffees and herbal infusions - 4ft futon for additional accommodation in each room - one twin room and one double room - evening meals possible by prior arrangement only - additional accommodation may be available in our yurt Bed and Breakfast At Slack House Farm we offer bed and breakfast accommodation in a converted byre adjoining the house. If you’re looking for something a little different this could be the place for you. Slack House Farm is entirely unique in that it is the only off-grid bed and breakfast in England. Our bed and breakfast accommodation includes the following features: - furniture handmade from reclaimed timber by a local craftsman - organic and fairtrade bed linen - electricity from 100% renewable sources (we have no mains electricity so leave those electrical items at home please, or telephone to discuss what you’re hoping to bring) - hot water from renewable sources - sheepswool and recycled newsprint insulation - (optional ) compost toilet - original works of art and local rural crafts.

Prices for Bed and Breakfast 2010 For the first night: £30.00 per person per night based on two people sharing a room. For the second night: £25.00 per person per night based on two people sharing a room. For the third and subsequent nights: £20.00 per person per night based on two people sharing a room. £10.00 single room supplement per person per night £10.00 per child sharing a room with two adults £15.00 evening meal (when available).  
 
We are also able to offer economy bunkhouse rates. Bring a sleeping bag and towel and we’ll provide a bed and simple breakfast for just £17.00 per person per night, £12.00 for second and subsequent nights (subject to availability).
